speeding

hi, i have received a notification to prosecute and have been alleged to be speeing on a 50mph limit..it gives no indication as to my speed....the notice however has for instance Mrs Martin Lewis instead of Mr Martin Lewis...does anyone know if i get off on a technicality??? thanks:confused:
