You can change over to 02 and keep your old mobile number, without any charge.

You need to get a code from your existing mobile supplier to do it but this is provided for free. It gets transferred fairly quickly (within about 4-5 days once 02 have received the authorisation code.)

You need to make sure your phone isn't locked into that network though. If it is, you can usually get it unlocked for free. There are quite a few threads about that on the Mobile Phones board. :)
