Free M&S food and drink giveaway again...

This week M&S are giving away various food and drink products again. The voucher that you need will be in some local free Metro newspapers and you can also look out for people that will be giving leaflets out with the voucher attached.

The freebies you can look out for this week include:

A free cake slice - this includes the flapjacks, brownies and slices of lemon drizzle cake or carrot and pecan cake, it differs from store to store what they stock.
A free packet of dried fruit and nuts.
A free fruit in a bottle - which is like a smoothie. The mango, pineapple and passionfruit one is gorgeous. :beer:

Looking at the scrum of people in M&S at 8:15 this morning and the huge handful of vouchers the security guard had in his hand I imagine the one in Victoria was cleared out by 9AM.

I think its a free small packet of fruit and nuts tomorrow (Wed). I don't know for certain as I'm on holiday this week.

As ti1980 suggested today it's a small packet of fruit and nuts (or just nuts) costing about 62p.

Personally I think that todays giveaway is worth standing in a queue for. If they haven't decided to change it then it should be a free 'fruit in a bottle' which is basically a smoothie. It is very very tasty and my fave one is the mango and passionfruit one.

Pg 11 of the London Metro - supposedly a 250ml "fruit in a bottle".

However completely hacked off with my local M&S. Picked up a bottle of the 250ml Mango, Passion fruit and pineapple smoothie and went to redeem my voucher. Was indignantly told I'd picked up the wrong bottle and all they had available was 300ml bottles of orange juice.

Checked the voucher, checked the description "Mango Passion fruit and pineapple fruit in a bottle" but because the voucher didn't mention the word "smoothie" they refused to agree. As it was a guy standing by the chilled section collecting vouchers rather than at the tills so they couldn't scan both to check. I assumed I'd possibly made a mistake until I read your posting.

I was told the same, the only bottle that is part of the deal is the one with 'friut in a bottle' written onto the bottle I think it actually had banana and honey in.
