I'm considering using Progesterone cream and am looking for as pure a formulation as possible. This is to try to avoid using HRT unless I absolutely have to. Has anyone got a good source of information?

This is something that is effectively dealt with by herbal medicine. I suggest you consult a herbalist. Go by personal recommendation from someone who has seen the person they are recommending. If stuck PM me with your location. I know a few herbalists around the country.
