medical such as private medical cover. my partner's parents are with HSA and have the crown plus cover. the dad has got a probably with a knee replacement that did not completely work out. i told them that should get seen too quickly again (been several months now and he is in a bit of pain) but they believe if they add extra cover for private medical they cannot claim for at least 3 months . is this definitely still the case even if they are already existing clients but just need an upgrade on their policy? they are still on a waiting list for the knee which is october at the moment!
