would like to do first aid course, anyone know of any free ones or if can be done over net.

Saw something in local paper (Bristol) that St Johns are offering a free course for parents of young children - it will only be a short basic one but surely worthwhile! As via your HV or phone local St Johns.

My work put me on a first aid corse. You could try and see if your employer needs an appointed person!
