Oh and I both use prepayment certificates.
I know that the cost is coming down. I have read that you can pay for these monthly in England but does anyone know whether its the same in Scotland? I have been loooking for info on the Scottish NHS site but can't see anything.

I think because the cost will be dropping they aren't issuing any long term ones, so you can probably get a monthly- not sure though. I reckon you pharmacist is the best bet for an answer.

was told in the chemists (scotland) that the cost for 1 item is going down to £5 and a 3 monthly prepayment is going to cost £17

YOU CAN ONLY BUY4 MONTH OR 12 MONTH CERTIFICATE IN SCOTLAND.
