hi, can anyone help me , i am going to heathrow on the 1st of march from Birmingham to drop my mother off for her flight to India and then come back on the same day . I was wondering what would be the cheapest method of getting there and back .
I was going to take my car but the parking at heathrow is around about £25 for a 2 hr stop off, the other option is a National express coach from Digbeth which is also very expensive as i will have to get a single and a return
Any information or advice will be gratefully received

If the times fit megabus (or nat ex coach) to Victoria and then the tube can be quite cheap

I'd also recommend the short stay carparks , prices are as stated above... gives you time to see mum into the terminal as well if thats what you want to do...
