Simply call NPower for a gas / electricity quote and use reference X045W. They will post you the quote and the cool bag with no commitment to change supplier.

When I called the lovely bloke on the phone asked me what I was paying and imediatly said that Npower couldnt beat my current deal so I shouldnt switch - :T my jaw almost hit the ground at this level of honesty! He said they will still post me the cool bag and the quote anyway.

Freephone number is 0800-3162604, give the usual spiel about the free bag, together with the code, and they will take your details, send you a quote, and the bag. I have just ordered mine, thanks to Gem. Cheers, Woodville.

Mine is about 30cm by 60cm by 70cm but i think my will be a different one to the customers tbh.

Just been in touch with them and they said the quote and cool bag would be despatched today. Fingers crossed.

NOT TRUE any longer........I've just been refused.....apparently you have to have a leaflet sent to you AND they asked where I got the reference nos. from!!!!!!!!!

Just phoned and the lady said not to bother with switching as it would be £78 per year more and that she would send me the cool bag and quote.

Just phoned for my quote, was told bag would be on the way. I was not even asked for the code. Fingers crossed

My cool bag arrived today - it's red with black zips & a small black 'npower' logo! It has 2 compartments, one for your six-pack & another for your smoked salmon - very sophisticated ;) ! Many thanks for this Gem_ :) !

Mine came yesterday as well. Just as muffinhead describes except mine is bright yellow. Cheers.
