Does anyone know if TFL will refund the cost of a single journey when they close Shepherds Bush Central line station?

I've found below on their Conditions of Carriage which seems that it would be imply that we can apply for a refund each way each day.

Any ideas if that's right?

If this happens
You make your journey but
are delayed (or cannot
complete it) for reasons
within our control.

We will…
give compensation to the value of
the fare for the single journey you
were making, if the delay is more
than 15 minutes or as set out in the
latest London Underground
Customer Charter refund
application form.

What to do next
Check whether the delay you
suffered qualifies under the terms
of the latest London Underground
Customer Charter. If it does,
apply online on tfl.gov.uk/tube for
a Customer Charter refund.
Alternatively, get a Customer
Charter refund form from any
London Underground station
ticket office, complete it, and
send it by Freepost to the
Customer Service Centre
(Underground).

There are consultations with the public happening and thats the ideal place to put these sorts of queries. I'm sure I saw someting in the Metro this morning. If you manage to find a copy, take a look. The TFL website may also have detaisl of venues where the public consultations will be held.

I somehow doubt it. It's 15 minutes delay on the schedule, or expected time.

The expected time during the closure doesn't exist as the journey cannot be made. So you can't be delayed on it.
