I am looking to get (on finance through work) a large family car which will cost around £350 per month. I have no idea what I should be looking for or what manufacturers might fit into this? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. (It can't be Citreon, Renault or Peugeot as my OH doesn't like them.....)

The finance type needs to be determined first...£350 a month on HP will get you less in terms of the car than £350 a month on PCP - as HP means you're paying off the whole loan (so higher monthly payments), but PCP finance is only paying off the amount of the purchase price (less any deposit you pay) and the final balloon figure (so will have lower monthly payments).
PCP finance is generally, as a rule of thumb, available on brand new or nearly new cars (up to 6mths old with many funders).
Also, it needs to take into account any deposit amount you want to use to minimise the loan figure?
