Apologies if this has been mentioned before but I couldn't find any threads relating to it.
I took out a Dental Plan with HSA last year, and for me, the major benefit was that they accepted you if you had a pre-existing condition and needed treatment for it.
I've just received a letter from them saying that this has now changed - they will now NOT accept any claims relating to pre-existing conditions. As all my treatment relates to serious gum disease which I've had for some time now, I'm going to ring to enquire whether it's worth keeping on with them, but I suspect I will be cancelling.
