Lloyds the Chemist are doing these. Just popped in to get a blood pressure done, and impressed really. It was effectively a drop in service, better than appointment and queue even in the local GP surgery.
They seemed professional and well organised about it.
They also do a cholestorol test but charge £5 for that one.
