Avantix help!!

After downloading the avantix software and looking at it closely, i can sort of figure it out,but im not sure what to do with the information. Do i call up and quote numbers? if so, which. I apologise if i am being as thick as a whale sandwich but i would really like to get to grips with it. Any help would be gratefully appreciated.
