BBC Big Challenge Pedometers

I bought one of this when this program was running and I have decided to have a go at using it to bring my activity level up but I can't find out how to set it up as I have lost the instructions.

I was wondering if any of you guys may of had one and still got them, if not I will contact the bbc and ask them.
