Hi
Now the Boffins have confirmed that E Numbers are bad for kids with the internet and the papers having lists of sweets ,crisps and drinks that are bad and full of E Numbers, No one seems to list sweets, crisps and drinks that are FREE from E Numbers.
Is there any out there??

Yes there is (Thanks ALL)

Home made fudge... unflavoured crisps, and water

Tootie fruities and jelly tots now boast no artificial colourings!

Haribo Gold Bears have only natural colourings (but not all other Haribo packs are the same).

Some Cola Bottles have only natural caramel colouring. (this does have an E number listing but is a natural product).

also bear in mind that not all 'E Numbers' are necessarily bad things
E300 for instance is Vitamin C

Some of the Bassets jelly packs (eg the worms or the cars mix) have only natural colouring

Avoid E120 if you don't like eating beetles.

Although I'm not sure eating beetles would necessarily make you hyper.

Here's an interesting site:

I'm guessing that's Cochineal? I can remember my mum having a bottle of that for colouring icing

I guess in it's defence it is natural ;)

thanks for the link, fascinating stuff :)
