Endodontists - how to find one

Hi
Not really money saving I know but can anyone tell me how to find a specialist endodontist please? I need to go and see one but I don't know how to find a reputable/ experienced one (that also hopefully doesn't cost the earth).

Is there a register or something?

It's usually best to be guided by your general dentist, and be referred by him/her to the one they recommend.

They will have experience of other patients they have referred there and will have knowledge of the chances of success.
