Premium Bonds website - down??

Hi,

I haven't been able to get onto the premium bonds website for well over six months. I have tried both www.nationalsavings.co.uk and www.nsandi.co.uk

Has anyone else had this problem? I want to check mine but cannot access the site, it just comes up with the standard 'cannot find server' page.

Any help would be appreciated!

We have checked ours regularly over the last six months with no problem. Have checked today but they have not uploaded this months numbers.

Hi.

I just opened the NS&I (http://www.nationalsavings.co.uk/) web page a moment ago. It loaded ok for me.

There could be a problem with your web browser. Which browser are you using and is it up-to-date? If not, you should be able to get an up-to-date version from the company who makes your browser.

You may also have your browser security setting too high. If you use IE then, right-click on the IE icon on your desktop, select Properties and then click on the Privacy tab. Ensure the slider is not set to 'High'.

If you have a firewall installed on your computer, then make sure it isn't set to block access to the NS&I website.

I am using IE 6.0, all the security settings are correct and I don't have any problems accessing any other webpages including my internet banking...

Hi,

I thought I was the only one having this problem. I successfully opened and applied for premium bonds last month online but since last few weeks I am not able to open the website.
I have checked my firewall and there are no blocks set ...
Any help will be great...

Why not install a second browser (eg Firefox) and see if that works? If it does, you have to consider that IE is the problem. If it doesn't work, assume it must be firewall etc.

Have you tried typing name into address (rather than using a bookmark)?

Have you searched for the website using Google and then click on link Google provides?
