Quick query we have booked train tickets to London through Superbreaks, does anyone know if it is possible to book seats through GNER for this journey ?

You automatically get a free seat reservation when you book train tickets, so you don't have to go to GNER to book seat reservations

The tickets I have do not have reserved seats, they can be used on any train subject to some time constraints.

According to this:

http://www.nationalrail.co.uk/times_fares/purchasing_tickets/reservations.htm

you can only make reservations at the time you buy the tickets, but it may be worth going to your local station, when it's quiet, and asking nicely !

take your ticket to any station with booking facilities (or rail appointed travel agent) and subject to there being no fee to pay for changing your reserved service.
A reservation will be produced for you, it is possible to reserve a seat as little as 2 hours before the departure of the train from its originating station.
Whilst most companies now automatically produce a reservation at the time of booking it is not compulsory unless travelling on certain specific types of tickets. Tour group tickets such as those proposed are not normally subject to such rules.
