I'd steer clear of the really cheap £20 ones. I had one and it only lasted a couple of months before refusing to take a charge.

dont know where to get the best priced one:confused: but if i remember rightly you will have to make sure it is kept fully charged all the time, even if not in use other wise the battery will end up not holding a charge and it will be useless. Hope this helps.
