South Beach Diet - Free Details Anywhere?

I know there is a book on sale and a couple of good websites but I wondered if anyone knew the best site with the most information? I don't do diets usually but since I've hit the 'half centuary' I've gained about 12 pounds that I'd like to get rid of (and quickly)!!:eek:

i did a quick search and there are lots of websites offering info and rules of south beach diet

it often is featured on lowcarb websites as its similar to atkins in some ways
