I remember being given some chewy tablets when I was little to show how good/or bad my brushing was. They stained the bad brushing bits pink.

Can you still get them? Can you but them over the counter?

I looked for these everywhere, and couldn't find them, but did come across them at my dentists surgery. This was a year ago, so things may have changed since then x

There called disclosure tablets, I remember them. Haven't seen them for a while though and I would be interested to, might push my kids to do a better job of their teeth!!

Incidentally, at my place we have some really wizzy ones that stain 'new' plaque a different colour from 'old' plaque!

I'll see if I can find some sort of link about these.
