I never used to sweat but now my armpits are dripping in this weather.
Can anyone recommend a product that does cost the earth and stops you from being wet all day long? It's getting really embarrassing now.

Thanks

This was a good thread last summer that you may find useful. I tried mitchum after seeing it recommended and find it quite good and often on offer in boots etc

odaban is the best of the total block ones as it's in a spray and not a roll on so you're less likely to get contamination which leads to the burning sensation if you mix a block with any liquid... Any of the blocks work out pretty cheap as you end up only using them a couple of times a week

Mitchum is really good & lasts for ages but I noticed that it made permanent white marks under the arms on some of my darker coloured tops.

I think that might be something to be careful about with most of these strong deodorants.

How about trying Driclor or Anhydrol Forte.

Pitrock ( mineral rock) is pretty good too - although to be fair, it becomes more effective the longer you use it for. To start with you might continue to feel damp but after a while .....nothing. Depends whether you feel you can persevere with it til it gets to that point.

I buy the solid block - it's about £6 but last ages - & I mean months and months.

Justie did you get any irritation with the odaban?
