Given a motability vehicle will require a test before it's handed back, who pays for the test and any subsequent works required?

Surely you should know!

Please explain how you arrived at that conclusion? I'm unsure why you believe i would ask a question i already know the answer to.

Unless I'm missing the obvious the info on Motabilities site appears silent on the issue of who is financially responsible if repairs are required due to a test failure.

I didn't realise there had been a response or i would have responded at the time.

Because usually it's a good idea to find out about things before you sign up to them.

The MOT is normally due on month 33 of the 3 year deal.
I'm guessing MFL pay for repairs as its maintenece included...?

So as well as not being able to use the forum (replying to a post that you made six months ago), you can't navigate the Motabilty website!

If you ask the question "who pays for the MOT test?" here, (http://www.motabilityonline.co.uk/site/faqs.htm) the answer given in black and white is:

The cost of the MOT is included in the Contract Hire Scheme.

No guessing involved!
