How would someone classify this driving?
My dad was going around 115MPH down a duel carrage way and there was some curve going round, he just picked his nose dirving with one hand of the steering wheel and went up to 120MPH.
It that really dangeous, it says 50MPH slow of that curve bit btw.

You really shouldn't be reading cosmetic surgery brochures whilst driving on a dual carriageway, leave it until you get on the motorway.

Those 50mph signs can be ignored unless they're in a red circle! But someone driving at 120mph should expect a lifetime ban and a big fine IMO. Perhaps even a custodial sentence.
Yep, I'd say it's time to start not trusting your dad to drive you around places.

I hope the only person he ever kills is someone he loves. Suppose hes also the kind who grumble at the number of speed cameras about.

Does your dad actually have a driving licence?
Going from fourth to first is a pretty stupid thing to do, would only expect a learner to do it.
Also agree with marksward.

I agree.
You can't stick it in first straight from 4th at 80.
And if you think you can, next time you're rolling to a stop for traffic lights or a junction, try slipping it into first earlier than you normally would.

Cars don't go round corners at 120mph...
Bends they can quite easily depending on the car
And with regards to the driving, if its late at night, no one else around, roads are empty, weather conditions good and high visability, if he wishes to put his life at risk he can.
If it was a copper with blue lights on many of the people that posted above me would have said its safe, without knowing your dads driving expereince and the car its hard to say but if it will comfortably do that, it seems fairly safe, or as safe as 120mph round a bend can be
I think it's time to refuse to get in the car when you're dad's driving.

Indeedy. That why formula 1 races are all held in straight lines.

Speed Kills!!!! :(
Speed does NOT kill, it never has done (ask the passengers of concorder who did 1,500 mph+ or astronauts who hit above 10,000 mph)......
Its the stopping that kills!

if you're travelling round a curve at 120mph and studentphil steps out what would you do? Create a psuedonym or put your foot on the accelerator?

That's nothing , my dad was driving his car along a curved section of a dual carriageway at 120mph while picking his nose with his right hand and scratching his **** with his left hand so my dad is better than your dad :p .

My dad was going around 115MPH down a duel carriage way
Even if the post was genuine I doubt whether the carriageways were actually fighting each other! Perhaps he meant 'dual carriageway'.
