Bluetooth hands free devices - any good?

Folks :-
Are any of the bluetooth handsfree devices that plug into the cigarette lighter any good? Does anyone have any recommendations as having a bluetooth headset I find to be uncomfortable.

Apparently, one of the kits they can provide has been described to me as the "ultimate" bluetooth kit - although I have no idea why or what it does or how much it costs!

I hate those headsets too, I don't know about the cigarette lighter ones, I didn't like the idea of the microphone down there so I went for the Sun Visor Kit which has great quality sound plus the mic is closer

I bought mine on Ebay for £40
