Vomiting 2 year old day after hospital? Help.

I wrote another post on here about my son having something stuck up his nose.
He was fine the day he came out (HAD GENERAL ANASTHETIC..WHOOPS! and a sedative and has some cream to stick up his nose (naseptin) and today he has been fine but 30 mins ago he vomited masses..looked like absoloutly everything he had eaten all day. Also the bit above his balls was a bit swollen. He complained about having a baddie(hurt) in his tummy earlier . He is fine at the moment but was earlier and then was sick again .
Any ideas? Is this normal the next day after this? I am waiting for nhs help to call back(takes 2 hours) and thought someone here may help before that.
