Ok, i went to the doctors the other day and got some medicine, thing was i had to pay as on the presciption paper there isnt an option for 19 year old in full time education to get free drugs. Should i have paid, or was i just no looking closly enough?

At 19 and in full time education you aren't automatically exempt. You're only exempt if you are 16,17 or 18 and in full time education.

If you are on a low income and need help with health care costs you could see if you're eligible for an HC2 certificate.
