Ive found this free 100% handmade organic Health and Beauty products. You have to order a catalogue and you get a free trial size sample. It doesn't state what the product is though.

I got this a while ago- was a wee bit disappointed with the free sample- was a very small sachet of sunscreen, but the catalogue is quite comprehensive (if a little expensive for me :()

I've ordered from Green People in the past. The sample was a sachet of hand cream at that time. I must say that the products are pretty expensive, compared to Superdrug etc, but very good, smell nice, and most important of all the ingredients are things you could conceivably understand. Oh and their customer service is excellent. So when you get your sample and your catalogue do have a look through (sometimes there are good special offers too).

(PS I certainly don't work for 'em. They're just one of those unusual companies that seem to do what they say they'll do and I'd like to see them get something out of their marketing!)

I finished a dissertation recently on what foods you can eat to decrease your risk of sun burn. I also had a look at some of the companies which supply non alllargenic products. Green people is one of the best, expecially for those with sensitive skin. The establishment is still out on exactly how much of the sun screen you place on your skin is actually absorbed into your system.

I eat lots of omega 3 (actually taken to drinking linseed oil each day) + fish oil tablest. Also eating cooked tomatoe is good (it contains an antioxidant called lycopene which is only activated through cooking tomatoes).

The other beauty tip I was given after discussions with my beauty therapist was to break a capsule of vitamin E oil every other day and apply this to the skin.

As someone on my course said, if you wouldn't eat it why would you put it on your skin, and in most all cases I agree now. I never buy hand cream, just use it if it is given to me. And use coconut oil on my lips, though not on the face.

I got this too - sample of handcream - enough to do one small thumb :) But they are an excellent company and I got a 5 pounds off voucher on the back of the order form.
