help please!!!

im in a bit of a state, just put a £500 deposit on a used car from a small car supermarket place, but ive changed my mind... used my debit card over the phone, and the bank wont stop the payment....

what can i do???

any guidance would be really appreciated cos im a right state...

Is it the car or the dealer you're not happy with. If it's the car, do they have any other cars you could switch the deal across to?

I think you need to go into a bit more detail,why have you changed your mind?

If the company are reasonable, i would expect them to sort something out for you if you are not happy with the arrangements you have made with them.

If however you have found a better deal somewhere else you could not really expect them to refund all your deposit,after all they may have turned down other offers for their vehicle.
