Hi everyone, I shoudl be eating more nuts and seeds as they are healthy foods one can eat in abundance (i think) and I enjoy them but I think they are quite expensive here in London so does anyone know a website or shop that sells them at a cheap price.

The types I am talking about are:

Seeds
Chia
Flax
Pumpkin
Sesame
Sunflower

Raw Nuts
Almonds
Brazil nuts
Cashews (in moderation)
Filberts
Hazelnuts
Chestnuts
Pecans
Pine nuts
Pistachios
Walnuts

Thanks!

I always buy my Flax seed from my local healthfood shop. The sell SUMA stuff I buy a 5kg bag and it's usually around £5.50ish.
Suma products are primarily sold at independent health food retailers around the UK. If you would like information on your local stockist please contact customer services on 01422 313845.
