I am moving to more healthy options when I buy sandwiches and crisps etc.

However, all the items that reduce fat increase sugar levels instead.

Which is better?

Thanx

If you make your own sandwiches you can be sure of what's in them and also save money. Doesn't take long and I'm sure the good folk on MoneySaving Old Style (http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/forumdisplay.html?f=33)will either have covered the topic of packed lunches many times or will offer you even more moneysaving healthy alternatives.
