Delivery isn't too good at the moment-but i'm putting that down to Christmas and the fact i am in NI. Customer service has always been fine for me-but i have never had to contact them about anything major. They do have a great selection and its very easy to cancel the account if you choose to

Good selection of flicks, best i've seen but as others say CS sucks BIG TIME, they also seem to be very slippery.
I will cancel with them soon but my last discs are going back Special Del, otherwise they may say they didn't get them and hey presto i have to pay for another month.
Go to Blockbusters if you can much better CS IMO.

Not a regular reader of this section then???!!
They are AWFUL! Do a search on the other threads here and read what people say. AVOID.
I got a voucher for £25 as a gift to give to someone.

I got them too but mine said it was for "long lost customers". I have previously had a free trial and this is obviously to tempt me back but I thought that you couldn't have a 2nd free trial but maybe you can :j

Ive tried to sign up with lovefilm again with a different email adress but they wont verify my card, i have even tried via tesco dvd rental which is powered by lovefilm but still no luck
also tried another free rental with blockbusters but they wont let me either because of same address or sumthing
i too got a voucher through tesco
so ive signed up for 3 free mths
been with them twice before so suprised
will make sure i start trying to cancel a mth before the end though as it takes forever
