Anyone got any ideas on the most cost effective way to travel from Borough Green, Kent - London, Westminster. Mon - Fri.

Possibly moving in with OH next yr and currently I buy zones 1-2 for £85 a month. 1hr10min average door to door. Its going to be a big jump buying a train ticket and a longer commute. But it does mean a better living environment.

I looked at Kings Ferry commuter coach but it doesnt service the right area and costs £209 a month. Borough Green to London Victoria by train was about £240 a month but I would also need a bus pass.

Any other ideas?

Thanks

Victoria to westminster is not far to walk, think the coach company that used to service that area went bust or stopped doing it

were you looking at Kings Ferry from Bean(Bluewater) or Bluebell Hill ??

It is a walkable distance and could use oyster card when I didnt walk, but I have to factor in worse case scenario!

It was Kings Ferry Coaches but the closest I think was Maidstone.
I would be based in Borough Green, Sevenoaks.

I use Kings Ferry, I'm sure the nearest they run to Maidstone is Lordswood...or Bean, 4 week season from bean is £149 car park near the stop
