Quite a few years ago I had Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and in these sessions I had to complete an ABC to help with the problems. Those who have had CBT and have had to fill in an ABC will know what I am talking about.

It was 13 years ago that I did an ABC and remember that it was very helpful in my therapy. For those of you who have done CBT and ABC's, do you remember what the questions where in the ABC's or do you have a copy of the form of the ABC.

I'm going through something at the moment and I feel that an ABC would help me very much. I'm just wondering where I could find one!

Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry if it's so vague, but it was 13 years ago!

Yes it is :j ! Thank you very much  I appreciate you looking for it!

It is very interesting and is amazing what it brings up when you start writing it, the end results (of what you have written) are really quite powerful.

Thank you again. Are you going to try it?

How did you find it? I'd been googling for ages and never found it?
