Im not sure where best to post this so appologise in advance if there is somewhere more suitbale for it to go..
I dont know what to do.. injured back over a month ago (still off work) when I slipped over at work due to something on the floor (bit of plastic tube) on 2 lots of pain killers and saw a private physio thanks to parents a fortnight ago, and she said i need physio as I have a sprained back and prob trapped nerve and stiff upper back and prob got whiplash as i fell, i asked work to help me out, so i can get back to work ASAP, they wont.
Been reffered for NHS physio but waiting list is long. I am getting v depressed at situation, and cant afford private treatment (the one i had was £50) as we are moving house and im not sure when my sickpay will go to SSP and how much it will be when it does.
EVERYONE i talk to says i should try to get some legal help to something back from company but im not really that kinda person....tho to be fair the room i work in is usually littered (the floor) and out of the 6 of us in there me and one other seem to be the only ones to tidy up. and the cleaners dont do their job in there.
It seems to be that i could get comp but i dont know how to go about it sensibly and cheaply i dont really want to use one of the tv ones as i dont really trust them...
any ideas what i should do :(
