not alcholic yet (i hope) but struggling with an alchohol (sp) addiction - finding it harder all the time
I can go weeks maybe but wkly is a prob....................

I saw your thread in DT and couldn't think of anything to add. I suspect you've been pointed to this thread (http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=183211): it will probably be a bit overwhelming to go through it all at once but maybe a little bit at a time. The first step is admitting YOU have a problem. Which you're now doing. You can't fix anyone else's problem, and nor are you responsible for their problems, but you can start to sort your own out.
