Hi
I have been getting quotes for car insurance and trying martins moneysaving ways but why is that my premiem is nearly £100 more this yr than previous this is saying i am doing less miles as well I have 11 yes no claims ,i'm 29 own my own house so why is this i only drive a 1.6 as well .

quite sure if you go through martins' process you'll end up saving money .
Don't forget quidco or topcashback for some chunky amounts of cashback ..
should make yourself a list of these first .. then run details through confused.com and insuremarket.com and check it all out net net net .
Make sure you post the final details please so we can understand where you got to.
I've done 4 car insurances and 2 house insurances this year and made further dramatic savings yet again.

increasing your excess can bring the price down dramatically.
Yes, I had a "Tesco Value" insurance quote which came with a £650 excess! I declined it as it was only about £30 cheaper than Sainsbury's with a £150 excess.

I had my first accident for 20 years this year so you may actually be on to something there! No claims has gone down to three years but could have been worse I suppose - at least the only thing hurt was my pride.
Thankful for her fine fair discount, Tess co-operates ;)

I have just run my renewal with Prudential,via Quidco,and even after the £100 Quidco give me,it's still cheaper than anyone else.
Guess who'll be getting my business come 14th October????
