Great website at www.gutweek.org.uk - loads of free advice (inc recipes), plus free info packs (containing a 64-pg guide to good gut health), a competition and an online game (journeying through the digestive system...weird but wonderful!). Also forums (for those who wish to literally 'spill their guts' in public...!!) and expert webchats. Enjoy!
