I had a problem with the zip code box but then put in 12345 and it worked. Thought l would mention this in case any one else has the same problem.

Hi, I shoved all my address in the boxes above state and zip code and just managed to get it all in including UK. Hope this helps

I doubt this will work, even if you manage to get your full address in. its a USA only offer, otherwise it would give a non-USA option in the 'State' drop down list.
