The benefit which some readers may expect as a result of increasing Omega 3 consumption WILL NOT and CANNOT be achieved by using Haliborange Omega capsules because the level of EPA in them is simply too low to be of any significant value.
The Durham trial (http://www.durhamtrial.org/) used 558 mg of EPA, 174 mg of DHA and 60 mg of GLA.
Two capsules of Haliborange provide ONLY 28mg EPA so leaving a shortfall of 530mg needed to achieve an effective dose.
You would probably do better to give your children a sardine sandwich than a Haliborange omega tablet, these Haliborange omega capsules are more of an expensive con than an effective dose.
If you want value for money then you should consider Omega Juice from ZIPVIT (http://www.zipvit.co.uk)
