Hello!

I'm afraid I don't have the card infront of me at the moment, but I was sent a card (certificate) for myself and my partner through the post which entitles us both to free prescriptions etc. I already get my prescriptions free as it was less than a year when I had my twins, but he wasn't getting them free.

It says we're also entitled to dentist checkups, and eyecare, including help towards contacts. My partner wears monthly contacts, so I was just wondering if anyone knows if we just show the card, and he gets money off. Or do we have to apply for something else?

Many thanks!

if u mean the one that comes from WTC>CTC claiming... the only time we ever had to show it was at the opticians when hubby had his eyes tested... we usually jus sign the back of the forms where shown to say we claim benefit that allows us free prescriptions

i keep it with me jus in case anyone ever wants to see it
