Phoned to-day using ref no asked if i received letter said yes could not find any where will phone back. They said the quote would take about 20 mins

They go through a whole load of questions about your health and what policy you would be interested in. Make sure you dont agree over the phone that you would like to see everything you agreed to. They send out the quote hopefully with m&s voucher as well.

I posted this on another forum on Saturday, i assume thats how it ended up here.

Basically they send the quote out and then 2 days later the M&S voucher comes in a card.

I have had quiet a few of these by doing in family address details, it takes about 10 minutes of health questions and finding a policy but if you just ask for details in the post and say you want to look through paper work then you dont have to buy.

Seeing as how I only have a mobile phone, by the time I have answered all the questions I'd probably have used £5 in call charges :p

I tried this today and obviously left it too late - she said the offer is finished because someone posted the offer on the web (I think it was only for people who recieved the mailing)

Better luck next time hopefully!
