Down's syndrome...parents and/or grandparents...
who finds it the hardest to deal with? can they get any help. Parents have now accepted it but grandmother is very upset that she is depressed (but also because her daughter has not called her to talk to her - they were not really on speaking terms. comes more from the daughter who cannot be bothered with the family). any help appreciated. thanks

I think you'll find the best support from Downs Syndrome.org.uk (http://www.downs-syndrome.org.uk/)
UK Resources for Down’s Syndrome (http://www.43green.freeserve.co.uk/uk_downs_syndrome/ukdsinfo.html)
DOWN SYNDROME: Contact a Family - for families with disabled ... (http://www.cafamily.org.uk/Direct/d30.html)
The people who will be best able to provide support are those who have been or are experiencing the same issues as yourself. You can and should learn from their experience.
