I read this :
"When thinking about your next pregnancy it would be helpful to talk to a genetic counsellor who could talk things through with you in some detail."
could people not have automatic genetic testing rather than find that they have a down's syndrom child later?
any tips and advice appreciated as this is quite close to heart.
