Heads up : Star Trek fans .... Free "New" Episodes!!!!!!!

Hi folks,

Just made a fab discovery ......

3 New Star Trek Episodes ...... 1 pilot + 2 proper episodes

Kirk is back!!!! A must see for fans of the Star Trek Series

I think it is done by a mix of enthusiastic amateurs and professionals. It actually makes good viewing considering it is not a studio funded series.

Go to episode downloads ... best to download the wmv file via bittorrent. 200Meg or so for episode 1 : In Harms Way.

You can also download the DVD files 2-3gig each and burn them.

Know of any good star wars "fan" films. Only interested in decent ones really ..... I saw a clip of one on "Click" I think and whatever it was it looked OK.

On no account watch "Come What May" (the pilot episode). The plot makes no sense and Captain Kirk thinks he's Fonzie from Happy Days. :rotfl:

The first main episode, "In Harm's Way" is better.

"To Serve All My Days" will be available on the 40th Anniversary of Star Trek; September 8, 2006.

There is also another fan type project : startrekofgodsandmen apparently starring some of the original star trek casr like Chekov and Harry Kim etc.

How do you down load these - doesn't seem to work for me?

Ideally you need bittorrent (that what I used)

Go to the episodes tab ... select mirror1 for the episode/trailer you want. Then select a wmv file you want then hit download torrent at the top of the screen. The DVD downloads are huge!!!

If you are having problems with this..on saturday bbc2 at 2.55pm..the pilot episode of the original star trek series{60,s} is being shown ..followed at 4pm by the first episode of the next generationwith picard..happy viewing trekkies
