Are Windows making new email addresses that end in @live.com ?

How can you got about getting one?

Was meant to be June 20th. Server Hitched meant a delay.

There was a loophole in the system a few weeks back, to get one early on. But it's closed now.

Give it another 1 - 4 weeks!!
