Hello pennies2pounds

I'll move your thread over to the 'Motoring & Public Transport' board, where it should get more views and responses.

Hi, Martin’s asked me to post this in these circumstances: I’ve asked Board Guides to move threads if they’ll receive a better response elsewhere(please see this rule (http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?p=1009335#post1009335)) so this post/thread has been moved to another board, where it should get more replies. If you have any questions about this policy please email abuse@moneysavingexpert.com (abuse@moneysavingexpert.com).

Regards

Nile

Hi there Pennies2pounds,
I bought my husband the Tom Tom One in march. Cost £249.99. So where ever you have seen it for £219 is a very good price. We have found it to be absolutely brilliant and don't know what we would do without it now. So i would definately give it the thumbs up. Very simple to use and there is both a female voice and a male voice that will talk to you. Please remember though that which ever one you buy please make sure once you have removed it from your car you clean the suction marks. Apparently this is a big give away to thieves who will break into your car if they think you have hidden it anywhere.Hope this helps.

I didnt like the TT1 after a TTGo. The cradle is poor, the speaker is better though. Go for a Garmin just as good half the price.
