Same here. I went through the whole signup process and finally got to the download button and it doesn't work
Has anyoner actually succeeded in downloading from this?
It doesn't work in Firefox - You have to use IE.

I have been beta testing this since it got released but I have had to switch back to MSN 7.5 on my laptop (my main computer) because people that are online it says are offline. I hope they fix this problem soon because I dont want to be stuck with MSN 7.5 for the rest of my life.

Also some time this year MSN and Yahoo messenger will be able to comunicate with each other so you will only have to have one program! At last two online super powers have seen sence :)
