Just noticed the RAC does disabled breakdown cover after reading the weekly newsletter this week. There top of the range cover for only £86 and they cover myself and not the car. Also i can have my wife added on for £110 all together.

A few questions if you dont mind :)

Do they fix the car for you and you dont have to pay anything other than the payments to the RAC or do you have to pay certain charges.

Also does anybody else know anywhere that caters for blue badge holders?

I'm just off the phone to my Mum who say's More than do it so off to check there website but any suggestions would be great :d

Thanks

Never had specific disabled cover, but have used both RAC and AA. They both prioritised our calls when we had a breakdown as obviously a disabled person can't walk to a garage to get help or find another way home.

Thanks Broken,

Just off the phone to more than hope'd they'd maybe do it i think there 25p a month cheaper so unsure whether to go with them and insure the car or go with RAC and both myself and my wife are covered for any car.

Do you know how long you've had to wait and whether you have to show your disabled badge?

My illness is'nt visible (M.E.) So somtimes it could look like i'm fine when i'm still in pain. Just incase i call the RAC out and they think i'm taking the mick. Though i have my badge in the car at all times.

Thanks
